Nancy and Meredith helped us when we bought and built this home and then helped us when we sold it. At the time of sale, the market was almost non-existant, yet Nancy and Meredith researched and created ways to bring potential buyers to view our home. The 2 of them never gave up and they came through with a buyer and a quick closing. They helped us in so many ways, from when we purchased, teaching us about the community, schools etc. to when we sold helping us line up a cleaning service since we had already moved away. I would strongly reccomend this team to anyone who would have a realestate need and only want the best!

Nancy was great to work with and helped us every step of the way through our purchase. She kept us informed during the construction of our home. We were new to the Canton area and Nancy helped as a great resource to make NW Canton our home. Nancy helped us find the right home for us which meets all of our picky needs and is with-in the school district which we wanted for our daughter.
